Mystic, artist, writer and facilitator, South African born Heather Mendel teaches ongoing classes for men and women on kabbalah and women's spirituality. She writes a regular column, Spirituality Matters for The Women's Press of San Luis Obispo, where she and her husband, Rabbi Norman Mendel reside.
